Abstract： At present， group of builpngs have become popular， but research data about the project group management measures is very limited. This paper based on the analysis of management theory， constructed engineering cosplayt management system under the background of project group management， proposed specific and effective cosplayt management measures， and used practice research to enrich the project group cosplayt management theory， in order to provide a reliable basis for modern construction project group cosplayt management.

0 引言

建筑项目具备施工环境复杂、影响原因多与施工总本钱高的特征，达成企业本钱控制，是保障建筑企业在市场中获得核心竞争优势、达成可持续进步的要紧原因。在如今建筑渐渐向着建筑群模式进步的状况下，传统建设工程项目重视单项目的管理，但绝大多数单个项目处于项目群的环境中，他们或处于同一大项目中、或共享同一业主、或处于同一地域，并且都处于同一企业的管控之下。单个项目之间存在联系、相互影响，忽略项目间的联系而对项目进行研究和管理，将会干扰企业运行效率以至影响企业市场竞争优势。
